Meet Uncle Hussain or is also spelled as MeetUncleHussain is a progressive rock band from Malaysia. The band's major achievements include winning the prestigious Anugerah Juara Lagu in 2008.Groups Meet Uncle Hussain (also spelled MeetUncleHussain or meetunclehussain, abbreviation MUH) is a Malaysian independent music groupthat was originally composed of four persons namely Lan (main vocals / second guitar), Sponsor (main guitar / background vocals), Kudux (drums) and Afat (bass/ background vocals). They also have used the services of former drummer and Eclipse Skacinta Flop Poppy, Bakri during their performances. The concept ofthe songs by Meet Uncle Hussein didendangkan form of progressive rock.
Their great achievements of the earliest was made by the magazine's Best DIYGroup ROTTW in 2005. In 2007, the group is increasingly moving to theappearance of two of their songs, La La La Song is work and you as the themesong theme U.S. musicians struggle in Malaysia. Latest achievement was announced as the winner song in A Million 23.
In early 2009, Lan left the group after a disagreement with members of othergroups, thus establishing 'a member of the band' called Azlan & The Typewriter.
